Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Ernesto began his Salsa career over a decade ago, studying the styles of Mambo, Guaguanco, and the Cha-Cha-Cha. Prior to moving to Portland, Oregon in the summer of 2009, Ernesto was a member of the world renown Best Academy Salsa of Venezuela.

A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Dahiana is featured professional dancer with extensive international stage experience that includes over 10 years of training in Classical Ballet, Flamenco, Contemporary Dance, Jazz, Tango and other styles of dance. She also specializes in Puerto Rican style Salsa, which she now performs professionally.

Though fairly new to the game, Israel is a regular fixture on the Portland Salsa scene and can often be found refining his moves three and four times a week. Israel enjoys Salsa for the mental and physical challenge it offers him, and for allowing him to expand his social circle.
Also somewhat new to the world of Salsa, Linda has quickly become a loyal devotee of the dance. Linda joined Ritmo Latino Dance Company as a means to share her new found passion with others.
Although Jasmine has been dancing for most of her life for fun, salsa is a fairly new love for her. Since learning, she has been crazy about taking ballroom, bachata, cha cha, foxtrot, waltz and many more types of classes. Whether taking classes, rehearsing or practicing in her kitchen, hardly a day goes by for Jasmine without some kind of dancing.
